Fight against the empire of appearances and try, as much as possible, to live the reign of essence.
Do not expose yourself, of course, providing information to the enemy on how to better attack you. Also, don’t imagine yourself as “the owner of the truth” for trying to live your personal truth.
But, within reason, escape from the lie of all appearances. They are appearances exactly because they only seem to be, but are not. And only what it is, exists. And if something is not, it has no consistency, it is dangerous, because it can contaminate with nothingness, those who allow themselves to be seduced by it.
