Sometimes the renovation of a certain building demands a demolition, due to its extension. Building often implies destroying. A deep psychological reconstruction hardly happens without devastating existential crises, which destroy the ground of previous mistakes or anachronistic truths.
Like a computer of any size often needs to have its system restarted to better work, be it to upgrade or unlock “loopings” otherwise insoluble, the human mind also needs regular ruptures in habits, routine, environments, relationships or even purposes, to take the appropriate route to its well-being and to operationalize its tasks and life goals.
