Wonderful Paradox
One of the most important lessons in life consists of a wonderful paradox: to accept the inevitability of suffering is “sine qua non” to sail the waters of authentic happiness, of psychological maturity and of the most significant achievements, within or out of the individual.
To accept suffering as an inevitable part of the human condition (and even before or after the human experience) is so redemptive as to open oneself up to the need of forgiveness.
With the emergence of resignation and tolerance, two processes that free oneself from atrocious, merciless sufferings; it is possible to manage, with relative balance and, ironically, joy and happiness, the natural experiences of pain and conflict that are unique to the human existence.
