Human worries are often so puerile, so unnecessary!…
Let’s put ourselves in a higher perspective. From above, problems can be seen in their true dimension, revealing themselves to be much smaller than they seem at first glance, when we are immersed in them.
Adopting a higher angle of observation means focusing on the goals that really need to be prioritized. Let’s take the perspective of timeless and collective purposes, of the essential principles of life, such as spirituality, learning, peace, happiness, love for family, friends and brothers and sisters in ideal.
Let’s ask ourselves: “One year from now, will the matter that troubles me today still be afflicting me?” If our answer is it will not, then it is secondary and does not deserve our attention.
Let’s not pay attention to what is worthless. Once we have assimilated the fundamental lessons the difficulty may offer us, let’s forget about it and move on.
